The item I want is on pre-order. What does this mean?

Items which are on pre-order will be shipped from the date that is specified on the product page. If your order contains a pre-order item and an item which is in stock, both will not be shipped until they are both ready.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and you can also pay via Paypal.

I need my order urgently. What should I do?

We strive to turn our personalised products around as quickly as possible therefore if you do have an order that you require faster than within our 5 day dispatch period, get in touch with us at and we will see how we can help you.



Can I return my item?

Everything in our store has been carefully selected and quality checked before being dispatched. Please choose carefully as unless your purchase is faulty we will not be able to accept an exchange.


Our Products

All of our products are designed in house in the UK.

All of our items are real leather unless stated otherwise. 


The colour of the hardware on our products is stated on the product page should you wish to match your monogram colour to the hardware. Unfortunately hardware such as zips and buttons can't be changed for a different colour.

Product aftercare

Please take care to avoid rubbing your item against rough surfaces to minimise scratching. 

Take extra effort to keep the monogram part of your product away from cosmetics, oils (including body oils) and other chemicals as exposure to these substances and rubbing will cause the monogram to fade over time.

What colours can you monogram?

We monogram in 3 colours, gold, silver and rose gold and we also offer blind embossing on our leather items. 

We embroider all of our canvas items with black thread.
