Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

If your shopping for someone but are unsure what to give them then the HA Designs gift card is the perfect choice. 

Available in amounts of £25, £50 and £100, our gift cards are delivered by email and can also be printed.

We work closely with companies to deliver a unique experience when purchasing from us. Please contact us at hadesigns@outlook.com and one of our team can assist you further.

Do you offer discounts?

We don't offer any regular discounts unfortunately however if you sign up to our newsletter you will be informed if we ever have any offers running. We only discount on large orders and corporate orders. If your order is a corporate order please contact us at hadesigns@outlook.com

The item I want is on pre-order. What does this mean?

Items which are on pre-order will be shipped from the date that is specified on the product page. If your order contains a pre-order item and an item which is in stock, both will not be shipped until they are both ready.

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and you can also pay via Paypal.

I need my order urgently. What should I do?

We strive to turn our personalised products around as quickly as possible therefore if you do have an order that you require faster than within our 5 day dispatch period, get in touch with us at hadesigns@outlook.com and we will see how we can help you.

Delivery

Do you have an express delivery option?

We have an express delivery option available at the checkout which is available on all of our items except our printed phone cases. Our leather phone cases can not be sent via the express delivery method. 

Express delivery is a next day delivery service if your order is placed before 12 noon, Monday - Thursday. If you order is placed after 12 noon it will then be sent next day, the following day. If you order is placed on Friday it will be sent on Monday. 

If your order contains a printed phone case and the express delivery option is selected then the whole order will not be sent until the phone case is ready. 

How long will my item take to be delivered?

Standard shipping is via Royal Mail Signed and should take 2-4 days to reach you from dispatch.

How will I know when my order has been sent?

Once your item has been designed, you will receive an email to inform you that your order has been dispatched. Our items take up to 5 days to be dispatched.

Returns

My item is faulty. What should I do?

If the item you have purchased is faulty, please email us at hadesigns@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the fault. We will gladly issue you with an exchange or credit note, at our discretion.

Something is wrong with my order. What should I do?

We are very sorry if something isn't right with your order. We try to dispatch all orders correctly however if you should find fault with your order please contact us at hadesigns@outlook.com

Can I return my item?

Everything in our store has been carefully selected and quality checked before being dispatched. Please choose carefully as unless your purchase is faulty we will not be able to accept an exchange.

Leather

Saffiano

Our signature saffiano leather is made from real leather which has a cross hatch finish. Available on most products. 

Mock Croc

Our quality leather with a mock crocodile finish, which alludes luxury. 

Due to the variation of the print, this may cause slight alterations in the monogramming.

All of our products are designed in house in the UK.

All of our items are real leather unless stated otherwise. 

Hardware

The colour of the hardware on our products is stated on the product page should you wish to match your monogram colour to the hardware. Unfortunately hardware such as zips and buttons can't be changed for a different colour.

Product aftercare

Please take care to avoid rubbing your item against rough surfaces to minimise scratching. 

Take extra effort to keep the monogram part of your product away from cosmetics, oils (including body oils) and other chemicals as exposure to these substances and rubbing will cause the monogram to fade over time. 

Monogram FAQs

How many letters can I have monogrammed on my item?

On most of our products we can monogram up to 4 letters as standard however we do also emboss names. The limit of our monogramming service is 8 letters. Some items within our collection will only allow 2 letters to be monogrammed but this is explained within the product page.

What does blind emboss mean?

We can blind emboss our items which means no foil is applied to the monogram =. The leather will be indented with the monogram but not coloured.

What colours can you monogram?

We monogram in 3 colours, gold, silver and rose gold and we also offer blind embossing on our leather items. 

We embroider all of our canvas items with black thread.
